How to Apply

Candidate must have attained or shall attain the age of 17 years on 31st Dec. of the year of his or her admission to the course
Candidate must have passed 12th standard Examination confirming to 10+2 system (Medical stream) of the Jammu & Kashmir State Board of Education or equivalent with 50% marks.
It is mandatory to have appeared in NEET examination for getting admission in BPT course and admission will be based on scoring of NEET examination and students will be alloted seat by Board of Professional Entrance Examination (BOPEE),of UT of J and K on the basis of NEET merit.
The candidate seeking admission to the course shall be medically fit. In addition to furnishing a medical certificate he or she shall under go Medical & Physical Examination by the Medical officer of the college.
Every candidate shall pay the fees as prescribed by Govt./University at the time of Admission.

7	Affidavit of Gap Period	Original + 1 Photo Copy
8	Passport Size Photo	10 Nos.
9	Migration Certificate	In case the student has passed B.A-I,II,III from any other University
10.	Original Certificate of the examination passed if the candidate has passed any other examination after 10+2
11.	Admit Card/Score Card of NEET-2018
12	Affidvait on Judical stamp of Rs 10/-	Attested by Magistrate
13	Copy of State Subject & Aadhar Card	Photocopy
14	Two White Aprons	(at the time of joining the college)
15	One Dissection Box (Human)	(at the time of joining the college)
16	Copy of category certificate	2 Copies
17	Residential Address Proof Copy of Ration Card/Bank Pass Book/ Electricity Bill	Photocopy

Note : Students will only be allowed to sit in the class after submission of all documents.
